We love a good side dish – something that goes great with a BBQ, something that is cheap and easy to prepare, and something that can be flavoured in a few different ways…

You can switch up the flavours on this corn to suit your taste buds, but here are a few of our faves:

Ingredients

  • 6 fresh corn on the cob
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Shuck corn (remove husks) and remove silk
  2. Rub each corn with butter and sprinkle with the seasoning
  3. Place directly onto a low-medium flame BBQ grill, or into a medium heat frying pan
  4. Rotate each cob after 3-5 minutes, or when dark spots appear. Cook evenly, this takes approx 12-15 minutes
  5. Serve with extra butter if desired
