These are a staple breakfast for me (Tracey here) because they’re so easy to make and give me a good protein hit to fuel my body right through to lunchtime (and sometimes beyond).

And by easy to make, I’m talking 3 ingredients! Can’t get much easier than that.

I prefer to use the doTERRA Vanilla Protein Powder because it tastes yummy! Do you know how some protein powders leave a bit of a not-so-pleasant aftertaste in your mouth? Well, I haven’t found that with this one at all. doTERRA also sells a vegan protein powder as well as a chocolate protein powder which you could use instead.

If you don’t yet have your own doTERRA account then head to https://additivefreelifestyle.com/instructions to set one up.
