This chilli and lime salt is perfect to serve with fish, chicken, pork or beef.  It’s a great all rounder and will add a lovely little twist to your next meal.  It’s also amazing for roast veggies – YUM!

We made up a batch of salts for teachers gifts last year and presented them in these cute little test tubes.  They were very well received! They also make a great gift to any BBQ loving dad for fathers day.  They are really simple to make and affordable and you can find all 4 flavours here.

  • The peel of 1 lime - dehydrated
  • 1 dehydrated chilli - seeds and all
  • 1/2 c white rock salt


  1. Place lime peel and chilli into thermo jug and blitz for approx 30 secs/speed 8 until fine
  2. add salt and mix for approx 10 secs/speed 3, reverse until combined.
  • 40 Approx
