This chilli and lime salt is perfect to serve with fish, chicken, pork or beef. It’s a great all rounder and will add a lovely little twist to your next meal. It’s also amazing for roast veggies – YUM!

- The peel of 1 lime - dehydrated
- 1 dehydrated chilli - seeds and all
- 1/2 c white rock salt
- Place lime peel and chilli into thermo jug and blitz for approx 30 secs/speed 8 until fine
- add salt and mix for approx 10 secs/speed 3, reverse until combined.
