Whilst we love this used in our coleslaw recipe, it’s really versatile and can be used as a dressing on any type of salad.  For example, it would go nice drizzled over a simple green salad, or even over our potato salad.

Ingredients

  • 250 g whole egg mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. seeded mustard
  • 1 juice from half a lemon

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a glass jar and shake well. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
