Whilst we love this used in our coleslaw recipe, it’s really versatile and can be used as a dressing on any type of salad. For example, it would go nice drizzled over a simple green salad, or even over our potato salad.

Ingredients
- 250 g whole egg mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. seeded mustard
- 1 juice from half a lemon
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a glass jar and shake well. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
