This yummy chocolate cake was what my son asked me to make for him for his birthday party last weekend. I doubled the recipe and it came out beautifully, all of his friends said how yummy it was and the leftovers were enjoyed by family and workmates all with positive comments.
Quick easy and delicious.
When I’m time poor or just feeling lazy, Super fast and delicious!
Should the ingredients read as 140ml milk instead of 140g?
This was a recipe designed for a thermal cooking machine that has scales built into it, so all the ingredients were in grams. But yes, you can adapt it to mls instead :)
Hi, wondering if i can use a Bundt tin for this recipe? Thanks
I can’t see why not. If you can’t line it with parchment paper then make sure the butter and flour the tin, otherwise I think the cake will stick.
Can you do this without sugar
Delicious and so quick and easy!
Made it as a trial cake with the chocolate icing for my sons birthday in a couple weeks.
It’s going to be a hit! Thank you 🙌
Has anyone used gluten free SR flour in this recipe, and it worked?
We haven’t – so if you give it a try and let us know how you go. Otherwise, we have a chocolate cake recipe in our cookbook, everyday gluten-free which you can check out at additivefreelifestyleshop.com
