This chocolate crunch slice is a gorgeous chocolate slice recipe that has a little hit of cruch thanks to the cornflakes. It just something different but was pleasantly greeted by our families. It’s great to freeze and kids will love it in their lunches since it’s nut-free. We used our basic icing recipe for the topping.

One of our all time family favourites & one of the first recipes I made of Jo & Tracey’s nearly 5 years ago. Who dosn’t love a yummy piece of Chocolate Slice.
Very yummy slice… a winner every time I make it.
my kids love this slice.. we add a little extra butter and more cornflakes for that extra crunch.. I kick myself every time I make it as I forget to make desiccated coconut before melting the butter.. This time Ive made Gluten free and it great.. next time im going to to try and swap the cornflakes for flaked quinoa..
My kids love this slice with a couple of drops of Doterra Orange oil.
Man I wish read this comment 10mins ago. I so would have done this! I’ll def do this next time. Thanks for the idea :)
Delicious! One of my favourite slices.
Love making this slice when I need a quick and delicious snack. I melt the butter over 2-3 minutes though
I also reduce the sugar to about 80g
Is this slice okay to freeze?
It sure is Jenna.
Warm Regards,
