This is a bit of a cheat dressing and a far better choice than most from the supermarket shelves. You will find that most of these ones are full of preservatives, food colours, and harsh additives that our bodies find hard to digest. This often leads to bloating, tiredness, nausea, or in some cases, extreme behavioural issues.

Next time you have a craving for a simple salad, give our Caesar Salad a try, it is fresh, zesty and super tasty, just saying!!

We would absolutely love you to leave us a comment below and let everyone know what you think. It’s comments like this that make our day, and help us improve a recipe if we need to. We look forward to reading what you think!
