These wholefood pikelets are perfect! I don’t think anyone will know they are made with real ingredients. The store bought pikelet mixes are filled with awful additives that your body does not need! This recipe you simply need to put all your ingredients into your machine and mix – it’s really as simple as that!

- 200 g spelt flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 30 g rapadura sugar
- 1/2 tsp. bicarb
- 1 egg, large
- 200 mg rice or almond milk (or cow's if you would like)
- 1 handful of organic, dark chocolate chips
- butter for frying
- Place all ingredients into mixing jug and mix on reverse, 10-15 sec/speed 3.
- Drop spoonfuls into a hot greased frying pan. Flip when bubbles appear. Cook until browned on each side.
