Ingredients
- 2 potato
- 1 carrot
- 2 zucchini
- 3 egg
- 100 g self-raising flour
- 70 g corn
- 1 brown onion
- olive oil for frying
Instructions
Thermal Cooking Method
- Peel and quarter potatoes and onion and roughly chop carrot and zucchinis.
- Put potatoes, onions, carrot and zucchini into mixing jug and chop 6 seconds/speed 5 then tip into a mixing bowl.
- Add flour, eggs and drained corn to mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
- Fry little round dollops of the mixture until browned and golden on each side.
Traditional Cooking Method
- Finely dice potatoes, onion, carrot and zucchinis.
- Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
