Sticky Pork Ribs – just typing those words makes my mouth drool, lol…we love these served with fried rice, so make sure to have that ready for when the ribs are done.
These are best done in the slow cooker, but you could also cook them in the oven – just cook on a low heat for an hour or two (or until done).

Ingredients
- 6 pork rib
- 60 g maple syrup
- 100 g tamari or soy sauce
- 1 brown onion
- 3 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp. vegetable stock paste
- 30 g sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tsp. minced ginger
- 1 tbsp. cornflour
Instructions
Thermal Cooking Method
- Place pork ribs into slow-cooker.
- Add all other ingredients into mixing jug and mix for 10 seconds/speed 6 until well blitzed, then pour over ribs.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
Traditional Cooking Method
- Place pork ribs into slow-cooker.
- Add all other ingredients into a blender and mix for 10 seconds/medium speed until well blitzed, then pour over ribs.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
