This slow-cooked pumpkin soup couldn’t get much easier. I mean, you just have to literally put everything in your slow cooker, cook it, and then blitz it. ANYONE can handle this!!
To make it a little healthier, and a little yummier I’ve added in some chicken bone broth, but if you don’t have any of that use a good quality chicken stock, something that doesn’t have yeast extract preferably.

So easy and so tasty! I doubled the recipe and have frozen in individual portions to take to work for lunch. Will be making this regularly.
Silly question but is this 6hrs on low please?
Hi Kel, yes on low. I have just updated the recipe to reflect this :) Thanks, Sherilyn
Sorry does it matter what type of bone broth? Do you have a pregerence?
No preference – just go with what you prefer. If buying it, just make sure it’s additive-free.
