These slow-cooked lamb chops have been in our lives forever – literally, our mum used to make them all the time.
Pop these on in the morning and you’ll come home to dinner half done. We like these served with mashed potato and steamed veg, just like mum always did.

Hi there, just checking if that is 150ml of soy sauce?
And if using bone broth powder do we add 1 cup of liquid?
Oops, that was a bit of a typo, lol. I have updated the recipe now :) Tracey
Made these for dinner tonight with forequarter chops and they took me straight back to my childhood! Love love love the ease and yumminess of this recipe. Thanks girls xx
Finger licking good! Such a mouth watering meal, served with steamed veggies it was a winner!
i made this tonight and cooked it in the oven covered for 1 hour and then uncovered for about 45 mins…. i added half cup of water with half tablespoon of vege stock instead of the broth powder….simply delicious
Probably a silly question, but do we need any water to cover the chops?
No, enough liquid comes out of the chops.
Cooked this today and it was a winner
I used Miellerie blue gum honey
Will definitely be cooking this again
So good to have a meal ready at the end of the day
Thanks
