This is a set and forget recipe until the morning when you want to tuck in. Make sure when getting your dried fruit that you get preservative-free. The apricots will look brown but that’s because they haven’t had sulphites added to them to make them orange. Sulphites can contribute to a number of health issues, including severe respiratory issues.
