This Lemon & Rosemary salt is beautiful with a roast chicken, fish, and lamb. We made up a batch of salts for teachers gifts last year and presented them in these cute little test tubes. - The peel of one lemon - dehydrated (12hrs)
- 1 tbsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 c pink salt
- Place lemon peel and rosemary into thermo jug and blitz for approx 30 secs/speed 8
- Add salt and mix for approx 10 secs/speed 3 until combined
