These chicken drumsticks are full of flavour and super easy to make. Serve with a simple salad for a mouth-watering midweek meal.
If you don’t want to use drumsticks, use chicken thighs instead.
When buying chicken always try and source air-chilled or organic to avoid chlorine exposure in your chicken meat.

Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumstick
- 2 fresh lemon
- 3 garlic clove
- 1 tsp. mixed herbs
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. bone broth powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Mix herbs, paprika, bone broth powder and oil in a small bowl and baste over the drumsticks.
- Place the drumsticks into an oven-safe dish. Thinly slice the lemons and garlic and place them around the drumsticks.
- Bake in the oven for approx. 45 minutes, or until cooked through. Turn halfway during cooking.
