Let me share a story… it was Good Friday and we’d been at the water park all day.  We were tired and needed a quick dinner when we got home.  On the way home, we passed a fish van (on the side of the road) so we did a snappy u-turn and called in.  We bought some lovely white fish and then had to decide what we would do with it.  This is what we came up with and it was gobbled down by all of us.  The crumbs are lovely and crunchy and it didn’t take long at all to whip up.
