Ingredients
- baking paper
- 6 firm white fish, boned (Pink Ling or Trevalla)
- 2 lemon
- veggies of choice (carrots, spring onions, zucchini, tomato, capsicum etc)
- 1 sprinkle with fresh (or dried) dill
- 1/2 tsp. butter per fish parcel
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Thermal Cooking Method
- Cut out large squares of baking paper, so you have equal numbers of paper and fish.
- Lay each piece of fish in the middle of the baking paper.
- Finely slice your veggies of choice and add all the fillings to the top of the fish. Also add a couple of slices of lemon.
- Fold in the edges of the paper and place inside the steaming tray.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes/steaming temp/speed 1 (note - cooking time will vary depending on how thick each bit of fish is. Cook longer if needed.
- Serve with salad of choice and a drizzle of fresh lemon and enjoy
Traditional Cooking Method
- Heat the oven to 180ºC.
- Cut out large squares of baking paper, so you have equal numbers of paper and fish.
