This is just like a Jaffa, but in a cake form. Just the right amount of chocolate and orange to curb any sweet cravings, lol. Ice with our basic icing recipe (simply replace 20g icing sugar with 20g cacao and use orange juice instead of milk) and freeze, or it will keep well in an air-tight container for 3-4 days.

Ingredients
- 100 g sugar
- 240 g self-raising flour
- 1 tbsp. cocoa or cacao
- 2 egg
- 2 tsp. orange zest (approx 1 orange)
- 130 g orange juice
- 100 g butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160ºC and grease and flour a round cake tin.
- Place all your ingredients into your jug and mix 15 seconds/speed 5. Scrape and repeat if needed.
- Bake in oven for 1/2 hour or until a skewer comes out clean. Leave in tin to cool for 5 minutes then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
