I had run out of my organic curry powder and didn’t want to go to the shops. After reading the packet I decided to make my own, and I’m so glad I did. It was so easy and I was able to adjust a few flavours to suit my needs. I just can’t believe I never thought of doing this before. I hope you enjoy it as well. Tracey

- 4 tbsp. cumin
- 4 tbsp. tumeric
- 2 tbsp. ground coriander
- 2 tbsp. ground chillies
- 2 tbsp. ground cardamom
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tbsp. ground black pepper
- Mix everything together until well combined. Store in an airtight jar or container
- You can obviously double or triple this recipe to suit your needs. I generally make a double batch
