These are so simple you can have them for a midweek breakfast, don’t wait for the weekend!! Top with some fresh fruit and berries.

Ingredients

  • 2 egg
  • 2 banana
  • 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate protein powder
  • fruit of choice for topping of pancakes

Instructions

Thermal Cooking Method

  1. Place everything into the mixing jug (except fruit) and mix for 10 seconds/speed 4.
  2. In a hot frying pan put a dollop of butter (approx 1 tsp). Pour half of the pancake mix into the pan and spread out carefully with a spatula.
  3. Cook until golden on each side and serve with fresh fruits of choice. We also like a drizzle of rice malt syrup over ours.
  4. Top with fruit of choice and serve warm.

Traditional Cooking Method
