These are so simple you can have them for a midweek breakfast, don’t wait for the weekend!! Top with some fresh fruit and berries.

Ingredients
- 2 egg
- 2 banana
- 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste
- 2 tbsp. chocolate protein powder
- fruit of choice for topping of pancakes
Instructions
Thermal Cooking Method
- Place everything into the mixing jug (except fruit) and mix for 10 seconds/speed 4.
- In a hot frying pan put a dollop of butter (approx 1 tsp). Pour half of the pancake mix into the pan and spread out carefully with a spatula.
- Cook until golden on each side and serve with fresh fruits of choice. We also like a drizzle of rice malt syrup over ours.
- Top with fruit of choice and serve warm.
Traditional Cooking Method
