Ingredients

  • 100 g oats
  • 80 g desiccated coconut
  • 170 g Medjool dates
  • 2 tsp. vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tbsp. rice malt syrup
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 40 g coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. water

Instructions

  1. Place everything into a high-speed blender and blitz until incorporated well.
  2. Roll into balls and coat in extra coconut. Store in the fridge or freezer.
