These Chocolate Bliss Balls are one of the easiest ways to curb the cravings without blowing the guilt.
They are great for lunches and have even been used as cake-pops at a birthday party (instead of the real thing). They are always a massive hit and we know you will love them as much as we do, so what are you waiting for.

- 80 g desiccated coconut
- 170 g Medjool dates
- 2 tsp. vanilla bean paste
- 1 tbsp. rice malt syrup
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 40 g coconut oil
- 2 tbsp. water
Instructions
- Place everything into a high-speed blender and blitz until incorporated well.
- Roll into balls and coat in extra coconut. Store in the fridge or freezer.
Nice and easy and yum. Used maple syrup instead of rice malt syrup. Added some EO for a little extra surprise. I don’t roll in the extra coconut, anything to make it easier for me. Had to store in the freezer to try and slow the family down, didn’t really work.
What could I replace the oats with dose anyone know as I’m Gluten free?
Hi Tracey, you could try quinao flakes. Jo x
