If you are after a Bliss Ball that’s child-friendly, lunchbox friendly, delicious and moreish then these Caramel ones are for you!! Give yourself about 10 minutes and you’ll have a batch whipped up! We like to store these in an air-tight container in the fridge. If they last, they will store for up to a week but they do freeze well too.
(tip) – If you’d like to make these gluten free use Quinoa Flakes in replace of the Oats.

- 100 g oats
- 80 g desiccated coconut
- 170 g pitted dates
- 2 tsp. vanilla paste (recipe linked above)
- 1 tbsp. rice malt syrup
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil (40g)
- 2 tbsp. water (could use coconut water)
- Place everything into your mixing jug and blitz 15 secs/speed 8. Roll into balls and coat in extra coconut. Store in the fridge or freezer.
