If you are after a bliss ball that’s child-friendly, lunchbox friendly, delicious and moreish then these caramel ones are for you!!
Give yourself about 10 minutes and you’ll have a batch whipped up. We like to store these in an air-tight container in the fridge. If they last, they will store for up to a week but they do freeze well too.

My kids love these bliss balls! They call them the chocolate balls! They are great for school lunches or on the go snacks between school and activities. I often just put the mixture into a slice tin and put in the fridge and then cut into squares to save time :)
These are delicious. A favourite for my kids after school snacks. And perfect with a cuppa as well.
I can’t see any mention of caramel in the ingredients. How does it get the caramel taste?
From the dates.
Can’t wait to make and try them
Hey! I am getting ready for school lunches and want to know if these will be ok to freeze and just grab out to go straight into the lunchbox? Thanks :)
These are amazing! They have become a staple in our house, both kids love them and are great for daycare
Absolutely delicious! They never last long in our household.
I would love to make these, but all your links for the vanilla bean paste say to buy the book. What would be the substitute for the paste? Thanks!
You can buy vanilla bean paste from the supermarket, just make sure it’s additive-free :)
Excellent! Even forgot the rice syrup but still delicious!
These are delicious! Cant wait to try different variations in thr future
