Wraps are something both our families enjoy, they are perfect for a crowd, they are great for those a little bit fussier (as they can choose their own toppings) and they are generally, pretty healthy.

ALTHOUGH, wraps can be hard to find additive-free.  They often contain two preservatives and sometimes artificial food colours so be sure to check the ingredients.

Ingredients

  • peeled green prawns (as many as you need to feed your family)
  • salad fillings of choice for wraps (coleslaw, lettuce, grated carrots etc.)
  • dressing of choice (garlic aioli, seafood dressing etc.)
  • wraps (as many as you need to feed your family)
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • cajun spice mix

Instructions

  1. Have everything ready to go before cooking the prawns, as these literally only take a minute or so each side.
  2. Sprinkle the prawns with the seasoning to coat them well. Once ready to cook the prawns, heat oil in a pan until med/hot and cook until they change colour.
  3. Serve immediately so that everyone can make up their own wraps.
