Wraps are something both our families enjoy, they are perfect for a crowd, they are great for those a little bit fussier (as they can choose their own toppings) and they are generally, pretty healthy.
ALTHOUGH, wraps can be hard to find additive-free. They often contain two preservatives and sometimes artificial food colours so be sure to check the ingredients.

Ingredients
- peeled green prawns (as many as you need to feed your family)
- salad fillings of choice for wraps (coleslaw, lettuce, grated carrots etc.)
- dressing of choice (garlic aioli, seafood dressing etc.)
- wraps (as many as you need to feed your family)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- cajun spice mix
Instructions
- Have everything ready to go before cooking the prawns, as these literally only take a minute or so each side.
- Sprinkle the prawns with the seasoning to coat them well. Once ready to cook the prawns, heat oil in a pan until med/hot and cook until they change colour.
- Serve immediately so that everyone can make up their own wraps.
