  • Click the ‘shop’ tab (you will probably already be in it)

  • Click U.S. Products (as per picture below)

  • Shop as per normal

We will always recommend you place an LRP (Loyalty Rewards Program) order, you will get rewards points on your order doing it this way

FAQ

Q: If I place a US LRP order, do I also need to do an AU one?
A: No.  You only need to do either one US LRP order, or one AU LRP order per month.

Q: How do I cancel my AU LRP order if I place a US one?
A: First make sure you place your US order by completing it all the way.  Once you have received your order confirmation email click the ‘shop’ tab and reset your screen.  Go into your AU LRP template and you’ll see up the top blue wording that says ‘cancel this LRP order’.  Click that.  (or you can cancel your US template and leave your AU one standing).
NOTE: make sure you have ONE LRP template set up.  This needs to be either an AU or US one.

Q: Does my order show in AU dollars?
A: No, your order shows in US dollars so make sure you use the currency converter to see how much your order will translate to

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping starts at US$13.95

Q: Do I get America’s 125pv free product of the month?
A: Yes, as long as you haven’t received AU’s deal.  You can only get one free product of the month

Q: Do I get America’s 200pv deals?
A: Yes, adhering to their T&C
