We get asked all the time ‘how do I transfer to your doTERRA team?’.
So, let’s break down, step-by-step, how to go about it ⬇

THINGS TO NOTE FIRST…

If you are wanting to transfer teams we really encourage you to think long and hard about it before making your final decision.  There’s a saying that is very appropriate in this situation which is:

‘Wherever life plants you, bloom with grace.’

We certainly don’t want to be cutting in on someone else’s territory, but we do understand that it may not always be best for your own doTERRA journey to stay where you are because you may not be getting the support you want or your uplines simply aren’t running a doTERRA business any longer.

With all that in mind, there are certain conditions that need to be met before you can transfer…

You can only transfer teams once your account has been inactive for six months or more.  Therefore, if you place regular doTERRA orders then, we’re sorry, but you won’t be able to have the transfer actioned.

If you are feeling unsupported by your direct upline (ie. the person you enrolled with), then you are free to approach your other uplines so you can be tapped into their knowledge and support.

Wellness Advocate Account Instructions

If you are not sure how to check who your uplines are, simply follow these instructions:

  1. Log into your doTERRA account.
  2. Click on the ‘Wellness Advocates Services’ menu item at the top.
  3. Select ‘Upline Listing’. This will show you who your uplines are by enroller.
  4. Via the dropdown menu under upline listing you can change this from ‘enroller’ to ‘sponsor’ and the listing will change to show ALL the people above you.

Wholesale Customer Account Instructions

If you are not sure how to check who your uplines are, simply follow these instructions:

  1. Log into your doTERRA account.

Once you have this list, we suggest you contact any of the Gold or higher ranked people in your upline to see if you can be channeled into their support teams and training.

If you haven’t ordered anything from your doTERRA account in six months or more, then here’s how you go about transferring to our team.

TRANSFERRING TO TEAM ADDITIVE-FREE LIFESTYLE

Step 1:
You need to email doTERRA Placements to request to be transferred to our team.  Here’s an example to send to them which you can just copy, paste and fill in the blanks.

Subject: Transfer to Joanne Ling and Tracey Fry’s doTERRA team

Hi there,

My account has been inactive for longer than six months and I would like to transfer to Joanne Ling and Tracey Fry’s team.  Their ID number is 2103440.

My details are
Full Name:
doTERRA ID Number:

Please let me know when this transfer has been actioned.

Step 2:
Once you have been notified by doTERRA that the transfer has occurred, please then email us to let us know at info@additivefreelifestyle.com

We ask you to do this because doTERRA won’t inform us that the transfer has taken place.

We will then send you out your welcome pack and link you into our private email education series (from there you can book in a private call with us) as well as our private Facebook Group so you can be supported by a like-minded community of fellow essential oil users.  You’ll also have access to our team App full of resources so you get the most from your essential oils.

It really is that simple!
