Terms and Conditions for TM6 Thermomix Giveaway
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to the TM6 Thermomix Giveaway (“the Giveaway”) conducted by Additive-Free Lifestyle, owned and operated by Sistermixin Pty Ltd. By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Giveaway is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only.
2.2 Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2.3 Employees, immediate family members of employees, agents, and contractors of Sistermixin Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
3.1 The Giveaway commences at 12:01 AM (AEST) on 1 July 2024 and closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on 21 July 2024 (“Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter the Giveaway, participants must purchase any cookbook from the Additive-Free Lifestyle website (www.additivefreelifestyleshop.com) during the Entry Period.
4.2 Multiple entries are allowed; each separate order constitutes a separate entry into the Giveaway. Postage charges will be incurred for each separate order entry, and we cannot bundle postage charges for multiple orders.
5. Prize
5.1 There is one (1) prize to be won: a TM6 Thermomix.
5.2 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection
6.1 The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
6.2 The winner will be drawn on 22 July 2024 at 11:00 AM (AEST) during a live session on our Instagram page.
6.3 The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the draw.
7. Claiming the Prize
7.1 The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of notification.
7.2 If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Privacy
8.1 Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Sistermixin Pty Ltd for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and contacting the winner.
8.2 By entering the Giveaway, entrants consent to the use of their personal information in accordance with Additive-Free Lifestyle’s privacy policy.
9. Liability
9.1 Sistermixin Pty Ltd is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, delays, or failures that may affect participation in the Giveaway.
9.2 To the extent permitted by law, Sistermixin Pty Ltd and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in connection with the Giveaway.

10.1 This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc. or Vorwerk International & Co.
10.2 Sistermixin Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time without notice.
10.3 All decisions made by Sistermixin Pty Ltd regarding the Giveaway are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.4 By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sistermixin Pty Ltd, its affiliates, and any related companies from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the prize.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Tasmania, Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania.

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to the Buy One Get One Half Price Sale (“the Sale”) conducted by Additive-Free Lifestyle, owned and operated by Sistermixin Pty Ltd. By participating in the Sale, each purchaser agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Sale is open to all customers worldwide who purchase from the Additive-Free Lifestyle website (www.additivefreelifestyleshop.com) during the Sale Period.
3. Sale Period
3.1 The Sale commences at 12:01 AM (AEST) on 1 July 2024 and closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on 21 July 2024 (“Sale Period”).
4. Offer Details
4.1 To qualify for the Sale, customers must purchase one cookbook at the regular price to receive a second cookbook at half price.
4.2 The half price applies to the lowest or equal value cookbook in the cart.
4.3 Customers can buy multiple cookbooks in one order and receive the equivalent number of cookbooks at half price, applicable to the lowest or equal value cookbooks.
5. How to Redeem the Offer
5.1 Add the desired cookbooks to your cart on the Additive-Free Lifestyle Shop website.
5.2 The discount for the second cookbook (or cookbooks) will be automatically applied at checkout, reducing the price of the lowest or equal value cookbook(s) by 50%.
6. Exclusions and Limitations
6.1 The Sale is not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
6.2 The discount applies only to cookbooks (inclusive of eBooks) and does not include any other products available on the website.
7. Refunds and Returns
7.1 If a customer wishes to return any of the cookbooks purchased during the Sale, all cookbooks purchased as part of the offer must be returned together to qualify for a refund.
7.2 Refunds will be processed based on the amount paid by the customer, taking into account the discount received.
