Ingredients
- 1 c magnesium flakes
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- 10 drops doTERRA wild orange essential oil
Instructions
- Blitz flakes in thermomix for 3-5 seconds/speed 6 or in a blender for 5 seconds/medium speed.
- Add everything else to mixing jug and mix for 5 seconds/speed 3 or in a blender for 5 seconds/medium speed.
- Tip into container or jar to store.
- Rub in circular motion over your entire body (avoiding the face area) and enjoy!
