Does it get much better than Teriyaki Chicken? I mean seriously, those burnt bits from the marinade are just amazing, we fight over them lol.
You will need to make a batch of our amazing Teriyaki sauce for this dish, which will only take you a few minutes to do. Don’t double the recipe, or it will boil over. You will have to make one batch at a time when it comes to this marinade.
You could easily marinate beef, fish, pork, or chicken… basically, any meat would go amazingly well. We used 6 chicken thighs in this picture.

Ingredients
- 1 batch of teriyaki sauce
- meat for teriyaki
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
- Coat chicken in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to marinate - this is best.
- Heat oil in frying pan and cook meat until done.
