Ingredients
- 2 - 3 sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. ghee for cooking
Instructions
- Slice sweet potatoes to form chips.
- Mix flour, garlic and onion powder together in a large bowl.
- Coat chips in the flour mix.
- Place ghee into a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Once melted, add sweet potatoes and cook until nice and cripsy.
