Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. ghee for cooking

Instructions

  1. Slice sweet potatoes to form chips.
  2. Mix flour, garlic and onion powder together in a large bowl.
  3. Coat chips in the flour mix.
  4. Place ghee into a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Once melted, add sweet potatoes and cook until nice and cripsy.
