Do you need a quick meal? This Super Quick Teriyaki Beef Stir-fry is just that – it’s so quick! You’ll have dinner on the table in under 30 minutes.

Here are some tips:

  1. Make some teriyaki sauce if you haven’t already
  2. Chop all your veggies before you start cooking
  3. Have your rice, quinoa, or noodles (additive-free) cooked also

By doing all of these things your stir-fry will take about 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 c stir-fry veggies of choice
  • 500 g rump steak
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 5 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
  • cooked rice, quinoa or noodles for stir-fry

Instructions

  1. Cook your rice, quinoa, or noodles first.
  2. Pre-cut veggies and beef into chunks or strips. You want everything ready beforehand to speed up the cooking time.
  3. Add oils to a fry pan or wok and heat to med-high heat.
  4. Brown off the beef before adding the veggies.
  5. Once nice and browned add all the veggies and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add teriyaki sauce and cook for 5 minutes, until warmed through.
  7. Serve over cooked rice, quinoa, or noodles, and enjoy!
