Do you need a quick meal? This Super Quick Teriyaki Beef Stir-fry is just that – it’s so quick! You’ll have dinner on the table in under 30 minutes.
Here are some tips:
- Make some teriyaki sauce if you haven’t already
- Chop all your veggies before you start cooking
- Have your rice, quinoa, or noodles (additive-free) cooked also

Ingredients
- 8 c stir-fry veggies of choice
- 500 g rump steak
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 5 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- cooked rice, quinoa or noodles for stir-fry
Instructions
- Cook your rice, quinoa, or noodles first.
- Pre-cut veggies and beef into chunks or strips. You want everything ready beforehand to speed up the cooking time.
- Add oils to a fry pan or wok and heat to med-high heat.
- Brown off the beef before adding the veggies.
- Once nice and browned add all the veggies and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add teriyaki sauce and cook for 5 minutes, until warmed through.
- Serve over cooked rice, quinoa, or noodles, and enjoy!
