Ingredients
- 1 packet spaghetti
- 400 g raw prawns
- 1 brown onion
- 2 garlic clove
- 1 jar of passata
- 1 handful fresh basil or 1 x tsp. dried basil
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 c freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Thermal Cooking Method
- Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions.
- Whilst spaghetti is cooking, place onion, garlic and basil into mixing jug and chop 5 seconds/speed 5.
- Add olive oil, onion, garlic and basil to fry pan and sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add de-veined prawns and cook until nearly done.
- Add passata and continue cooking until prawns are done.
- Add cooked spaghetti and stir through to combine.
- Top with grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
Traditional Cooking Method
- Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions.
- Whilst spaghetti is cooking, crush garlic then finely dice onion and basil.
- Add olive oil, onion, garlic, and basil to fry pan and sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add de-veined prawns and cook until nearly done.
- Add passata and continue cooking until prawns are done.
- Add cooked spaghetti and stir through to combine.
- Top with grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
