Steaming poached eggs in your thermo machine is soooo easy and SO GOOD! They don’t take long at all and you’ll have perfect looking eggs every time.
You’ll need some good quality egg poachers for this, you can find these in cheap shops, and you can get stainless steel ones too.
We love these eggs served on a piece of sourdough… what a perfect breakfast or quick and easy meal!

Ingredients
- silicone egg poachers, max of 6 fit in your tmx steaming tray
- egg
- water
Instructions
- Fill your mixing jug with water to just above the blades (approx. 600g).
- Crack eggs in your moulds.
- Place into your steaming tray on top of your thermal cooker. Cooking time will depend on how you like your eggs and how cold your water is. I set my machine for 12 mins/steaming temp/speed 2 when I use cold tap water. For 6 eggs this may take a little longer. If your eggs aren't done to your liking simply cook them for longer.
