This steak and veggie casserole is so easy to make! It’s a great way to use any leftover veggies and get some hidden goodness into the kids! If you are struggling to get the kids to eat steak, using your slow cooker is a perfect way to ensure the steak is soft and tender. You can add whatever veggies you like to this casserole, but below is what we did. This dish is packed with flavour and once again, it’s simple.
When it comes to stock, be sure to get a good quality one that doesn’t contain yeast extract or any unnecessary additives. If you have some, you could use brone broth liquid instead.

Great meal, simple to prepare, always a hit in our house. You can also leave out mushrooms or adapt the vegetables to suit your families tastes.
Made this for the first time tonight. My fussy kids are currently scoffing it down! I diced carrot and sweet potato because they love those and then
I blitzed mushroom, zucchini and extra carrot in the thermo. Peas and broccoli steamed for those that like. Served with mash. Yummo!
So cool Amanda! Thanks for sharing with us.
