Tips
- You can use whatever veggies you like, these are just what I used when making it. It’s a great soup for adding veggies that need using up.

Ingredients
- 1 brown onion
- 1 whole chicken
- 4 celery stalks
- 1 whole broccoli
- 4 carrots
- 1 c corn kernels
- 1 tsp. crushed garlic
- 1 tsp. crushed ginger
- 1 tbsp. bone broth concentrate
- mixed fresh herbs of choice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop all veggies and put into a slow-cooker.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover with water and cook on low for 5 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken and skin, and pull apart the meat.
- Add meat back into the slow cooker and serve.
