Tip: If you want it thick, then leave the water out, but if you want it like a dressing to pour over salad then add the water where indicated. You may need to check the consistency afterwards and if you want it thinner, add a bit more water until the consistency you prefer.

Ingredients
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice (approx. 1 medium lemon)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. water
Instructions
- Mix everything together (except water) in a blender for 10 seconds/high speed (thermie users 10 seconds/speed 8).
- Add water to thin the mixture out slightly. You may need up to 1 tbsp but go by the consistency level you prefer.
- Store in an airtight jar, in the fridge for up to a month or until the use by date of your cottage cheese.
