When you’re next at the supermarket, check out the ingredients list of 2 minutes noodles.  You will most likely find multiple forms of MSG, flavours, colours and, well, a massively long list!  Making your own doesn’t have to be complicated, nor does it have to be detrimental to your health.

We love to use either chicken or beef bone broth powder in this recipe. However, if you have made your own bone broth you could use this place of the water. You would just need to heat it up first and then season to taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. bone broth powder
  • 1 pinch of salt (optional)
  • Boiling hot water
  • 1 pkg dry noodles (additive-free)

Instructions

  1. Place noodles into a large cup (break apart if necessary).
  2. Add bone broth powder, salt and boiling water (enough to cover the noodles).
  3. Stir until noodles are soft and serve immediately.
