These Milky Berry Pops are so refreshing and beautifully sweet.   They are packed with goodness since we used chia seeds, which are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, they’re rich in antioxidants, and include fibre, iron, and calcium.

Ingredients

  • 150 g mixed frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 130 g coconut water
  • 140 g natural or vanilla yoghurt

Instructions

Thermal Cooking Method

  1. Blitz all ingredients (except yoghurt) for 20 seconds/speed 10 or until well combined.
  2. 3/4 fill ice-cream moulds and then dollop teaspoon sized portions of yoghurt on top.
  3. Allow to set in the freezer for eight hours or overnight.

Traditional Cooking Method

  1. Blitz all ingredients in a blender (except yoghurt) on high speed or until well combined.
  2. 3/4 fill ice-cream moulds and then dollop teaspoon sized portions of yoghurt on top.
  3. Allow to set in the freezer for eight hours or overnight.
