Ingredients
- 150 g mixed frozen berries
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 130 g coconut water
- 140 g natural or vanilla yoghurt
Instructions
Thermal Cooking Method
- Blitz all ingredients (except yoghurt) for 20 seconds/speed 10 or until well combined.
- 3/4 fill ice-cream moulds and then dollop teaspoon sized portions of yoghurt on top.
- Allow to set in the freezer for eight hours or overnight.
Traditional Cooking Method
- Blitz all ingredients in a blender (except yoghurt) on high speed or until well combined.
- 3/4 fill ice-cream moulds and then dollop teaspoon sized portions of yoghurt on top.
