Luxe Body Oil

I have used some pretty luxe essential oils here, there are zero filler ingredients, and it acts as both a perfume and a moisturising body oil.

Two for the price of one – not bad!

The first time I made this I used Wild Orange instead of Grapefruit, so feel free to switch those around if you like. Wild Orange is actually a bit cheaper as well, but just as delicious as a fragrance.

I love using Sandalwood as this is grown right here in Australia, Kununurra WA, and having been to the exact farm that doTERRA sources this oil from (I even got to plant a sandalwood tree), I love that I am supporting Aussie farmers and the local economy.

The prices below are only to be used as a rough guide because it actually depends on the viscosity (thickness) of the oil…

Sandalwood – per drop – $1.34 x 10 = $13.40
Madagascar Vanilla – per drop – $0.63 x 10 = $6.30
Frankincense – per drop – $0.38 x 10 = $3.80
Grapefruit – per drop – 0.09 x 20 = $1.80
Sweet Almond Oil – 40ml = $6.40
Fractionated Coconut Oil – 40ml = $5.73
Total cost – $37.43

Hints & Tips

If you can’t find any sweet almond oil, you can use all fractionated coconut oil (FCO). It is also a bit cheaper using all FCO.
