Try and source your gelatine from grass-fed, organic sources. There are some great brands available so have a little hunt around and get the best you can afford, it is worth it for your health.

Ingredients
- 1/4 c cold water
- 1 1/2 tbsp. gelatine
- 1 3/4 c boiling hot water
- 1/4 c natural cordial or 100% juice
Instructions
- Mix cold water and gelatine together in a bowl, and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Mix in all remaining ingredients and stir well, there should be no lumps.
- Pour into moulds and let it set in the fridge for 2+ hours. Setting time will vary depending how large your moulds are.
hi, what is the weight in grams of 1 and 1/2 scoops please?
It is approx 1 and 1/2 tablespoons, sorry I am not sure in grams. It comes with a little scoop that you use, so that is why we wrote the recipe like that :)
