Cauli broc ‘rice’ – what tha??  Can’t have grains?  Rice make you bloated?  GIVE THIS A GO!  It’ll take you 4 seconds to whip up…  I often like to do a big batch and freeze it in 1 serving containers.  That way when the family is having rice I have some ready to go.  Easy Peasy!!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cauliflower
  • 1 small broccoli

Instructions

Thermal Cooking Method

  1. Chop the cauliflower and broccoli into roughly 6-8 pieces.
  2. Place in the mixing jug and blitz for 4 seconds/speed 5.
  3. Freeze raw until you are ready to cook.
  4. To cook simply heat in a frying pan with 1/8 cup of water until cooked through. It will take approx 3-4 minutes as it's best with still a little bit of crunch.

Traditional Cooking Method

  1. Chop the cauliflower and broccoli into roughly 6-8 pieces.
