Cauli broc ‘rice’ – what tha?? Can’t have grains? Rice make you bloated? GIVE THIS A GO! It’ll take you 4 seconds to whip up… I often like to do a big batch and freeze it in 1 serving containers. That way when the family is having rice I have some ready to go. Easy Peasy!!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 1 small broccoli
Instructions
Thermal Cooking Method
- Chop the cauliflower and broccoli into roughly 6-8 pieces.
- Place in the mixing jug and blitz for 4 seconds/speed 5.
- Freeze raw until you are ready to cook.
- To cook simply heat in a frying pan with 1/8 cup of water until cooked through. It will take approx 3-4 minutes as it's best with still a little bit of crunch.
Traditional Cooking Method
- Chop the cauliflower and broccoli into roughly 6-8 pieces.
- Place into a blender and turbo until it's fine like rice.
- Freeze raw until you are ready to cook.
