Ingredients
- 100 g frozen mixed berries
- 50 g cashew nuts, unsalted
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 250 g almond milk
- 1 tbsp. almond butter
- 1 tbsp. vanilla protein powder
Instructions
Thermal Method
- Add all ingredients to mixing jug and blitz for 1 minute/speed 9.
Traditional Method
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
