We offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 domestically within Australia and $15 for the United Kingdom and Canada. All parcels regardless of their weight and shipping location fall into our flat rate shipping fee.

No, we do not have a warehouse/shop and as such we do not offer local pick up.

All packages are posted using Australia Post e-parcel, and delivery times can vary depending on location and are up to the discretion of Australia Post.  However, the guidelines are between 2-8 business days.  Please note that you will be provided with a tracking number via email.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched you will be emailed your Australia Post tracking number.  However, your email could end up in your junk/spam/others folders, so please also remember to check there for it.

To track your order, simply enter your tracking number into the Australia Post tracking website.

What happens if I’m not home?2024-04-22T11:23:54+10:00

Australia Post will require a signature on delivery for your Additive-Free Lifestyle order UNLESS stated otherwise. If you would like your order left please write a note on your order in the notes section at checkout.

ATL (Authority To Leave) means you are giving Australia Post permission to leave your parcel WITHOUT a signature. We recommend that if choosing this option to provide a preference of where you would like your parcel left (ie. near letterbox, on the veranda, at the front door, etc).

Package(s) marked ATL will NOT be replaced by Additive-Free Lifestyle if they go missing, selecting this option is at your own risk.

Please check your tracking number, you can find this number in your Australia Post email when your order is marked as shipped.

If your package hasn’t arrived within the recommended delivery time frame or is “held in transit” for longer than expected please email us at info@additivefreelifestyle.com as soon as possible, so we can follow this up and help locate your package. We may need to lodge a ‘missing package investigation’ with Australia Post. This process can take up to 2 – 4 weeks to locate.

If your order has been marked as delivered please contact your local Post Office.

If your package was ‘damaged in transit’ the item will be returned to us. In which case we will reship your order at our earliest convenience free of charge.

If your package was delayed due to ‘incorrect address’ or ‘incorrect details’ at the fault of the customer, the item should be returned to us. To have this package resent to the correct address, you will be charged the flat rate shipping price of $9.95.

Australia Post reserves the right to make the final decision on whether it is safe to leave the parcel as requested. Please talk to your local post office if this occurs.

You should receive a confirmation email once you have placed and paid for your order. Please check your spam/junk/others folders as the confirmation email can sometimes end up in there.

Damaged/Incorrect/Faulty Items + Product Returns2024-08-21T14:13:08+10:00
  1. We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “contact us” webpage where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods.
  2. Photos of damaged items must be included and sent to info@additivefreelifestyle.com with damaged goods to be returned to Additive-Free Lifestyle.
  3. We understand that not everything can be returned. However, this will be judged by the photo evidence and stipulated in your reply email from us.
  4. If you have a change of heart about a product/s you have ordered. Please email us at info@additivefreelifestyle.com and advise the product/s and reason you wish to return. The return of the product will incur an admin fee of $4.50 as well as the cost in return postage. Once we have received the product we will refund you the cost of the physical product only. You will not be refunded the full amount if the product also came with an eBook. Products must be unopened/unused/undamaged. Some items will not be accepted for change of mind returns. Please check with us before returning any product/s.
  5. Damaged goods are to be returned to Additive-Free Lifestyle within 7 days at PO Box 32, Bridgewater, Tasmania 7030. Please note that any damaged items sent back to us without prior written communications will incur a $4.50 admin fee.
  6. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card or account for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.

If you have received your order but an item is missing, please email us (info@additivefreelifestyle.com) within 24 hours, together with a photo of your order encased in its original packaging, so that we can assist you.

Once we have confirmed that the item wasn’t received, we can send the missed item to you.

Emails outside this time frame will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for any of our digital/e-products (ie. courses, programs and eBooks) given that you are now in possession of the intellectual property of Sistermixin Pty Ltd trading as Additive-Free Lifestyle.  Therefore, please choose carefully before purchasing.

In the event you have made the wrong choice and your order comes with an eBook(s), you will be refunded the cost of the physical product and shipping only. You will still be charged the amount for the eBook as you are now in possession of the intellectual property of Sistermixin Pty Ltd trading as Additive-Free Lifestyle.
