When we first created Meals Made Easy, we had no idea how popular it would become! This program is all about having an organised approach to meals while being able to cook super healthy, additive and preservative-free. When you take out additives and preservatives from your diet, you’ll notice a profound effect on your overall health and well being and that of your families!
What is Meals Made Easy?
In a nutshell, this is a meal plan where you have eight weeks worth of dinner, lunch and snack ideas. You’ll pay $9.95 per month on our monthly subscription! – plus, go into the draw to win a ThermoMix TM5 if you sign up on or before the 28th of February 2018!
Here’s exactly what you’ll get with Meals Made Easy:
- A brand new meal plan every single month
- Shopping lists
- Prep guides for every week
- You get our E-Book every month (You can save this to your Mac, PC or device)
Let’s face it, most of the time meal cooking usually comes down to one person, so why not plan ahead, prep ahead and make mealtime a breeze?
But I have special dietary requirements
All of the meals within Meals Made Easy are really easily adaptable, and we get plenty of feedback on just how adaptable our meals are (see reviews below).
Even if you can have half of your meals pre-prepared after a long day at work, this saves mountains of stress! There’s nothing worse than stepping into that door, not knowing what to cook or simply not having the energy to cook for you or your family. These are certainly high-risk nights for junk food or takeouts!
A quick sneak peek meal plan from February
- Week 1:Â Cajun Prawn Wraps, Quiche Lorraine, Couscous Salad with Shredded chicken (and how-to video), Cheats Pesto Chicken, Fish Burger and Crunchy Garlic Potatoes
- Week 2:Â Spicy Chorizo Pasta, Chow Mein, Vegetarian Lasagna (much more delicious than it sounds!), Mini-Asian Chicken Burgers, Rice Paper Rolls (with how-to video), Strawberry Swirl Ice Cream
- Week 3:Â Beef Ragu, Beef Meatballs with Lots of Veg, Gluten-free Crunchy Fish, Vege-filled Pasta (with how-to video), Omelette, Apple and Raspberry Crumble
- Week 4:Â We intentionally give you a week full of lunch/snack ideas, as snacks are usually where you would consume additives through packet or sealed foods. If you’re still wanting to cover your dinners, double up on any of the meals from the past three weeks. You can make many of these meals in bulk and freeze! Week four includes Zucchini Slice for lunch-boxes or breakfast, Vegetable Pasties, Vegetable Scrolls, Choc Chip Cookies, Slow Cooked Baked Beans, Pine-Orange Slushie.
As you can see, each week has five recipes for each night, plus an extra bonus recipe! If you find that you have fussy kids, get them involved in the cooking process of all these great recipes. Installing all of the habits of Meals Made Easy into your kids is simply priceless.
Our amazing reviews

There is just nothing like feeling more organised! We are consistently being asked the question of “How do you keep living additive-free?” And we say organisation is the key! Some days you just can’t face coming home to cooking dinner. Through this course, you’ll learn to have extra stocks in the freezer ready to pull out! It might even be worth buying a small second freezer, to stock up on two weeks of leftovers! Just think how easy this will make your life. We hope you have learnt some great tips about our course in this episode!
