Joanne and Tracey, Additive-Free Lifestyle

Joanne and Tracey are two sisters who are into living the healthiest and happiest lifestyles they can.

They are passionate about changing the way you look at food by spreading the message of how additives and preservatives can impact your health.

Joanne’s eldest daughter was going down the diagnosis path for ADHD, but after making additive-free changes to her diet their whole world changed for the better.  She stopped being so hyperactive, she stopped getting so sick and things have never looked back.

Since then Joanne and Tracey have dedicated their lives to learning as much information as they can and as a result, have positively impacted thousands of families lives by sharing this information.

Krissy Ballinger, The Inspired Little Pot

Krissy is the queen of DIY body care and cleaning products and is passionate about spreading awareness, education and enabling empowerment.

She believes that it’s about simplicity, a natural existence and thriving health.  A message Krissy wants to spread far and wide to create conscious consumers and advocates for their own health.

After the birth of her children Krissy started to question the ingredients in her cleaning and body care products, what did all of those long names mean? So she began to investigate and then couldn’t stop.

She started to create simple DIY recipes and has since gone on to create a huge national following. Krissy has appeared on the TV show Studio 10, and has just released an amazing book, Naturally Inspired. Krissy is on a mission to leave this planet a better one for our next generation.

Ally Bongard, Learn to Nourish

Ally is a registered Clinical and Holistic Nutritionist, with a strong passion for educating and inspiring others to take charge of their health and wellbeing. 

As a clinical nutritionist, Ally thrives on finding and supporting a client’s innate healing potential. She understands that all diseases have common underlying denominators and therefore utilises a functional medicine approach.

Ally believes that by treating the root cause and supporting the bodies own healing processes, all diseases can be managed.

Ally’s unique training and experiences have lead her to understand biochemical pathways, nutrigenomics, supplemental intervention, diet, lifestyle, food preparation and cooking. Most importantly, Ally has the ability to clearly and simply relay her knowledge to individuals of all ages. Her empathetic yet logical approach to health ensures everybody will benefit from her influence.

Tanya Shadbolt, Elements of Strength

Tanya is a personal trainer and fitness studio owner who found an outlet in strength training to create balance for a healthy body and mind.

Tanya’s passion to help people become stronger through strength training and functional movement started when faced with emotional challenges herself and she turned to exercise for overall wellbeing and fell in love with the “side effects”.

When faced with life’s challenges, movement is one of the most under prescribed anti-depressants, given it helps boost hormones, mood levels, your immune system and reduce the impact of stress.

Strength means something different to everyone. For one person being strong may be determined by actual physical strength, but for others, it’s a mental challenge, and that being strong is simply a means of survival.

NO! Please encourage the men to come along, they too will learn a lot!

Preferably this is an event for 10 years and older, however, if you have a breastfed baby, this is totally fine. All children will require a seat to be purchased for them (not babies).

Bring yourself, your great attitude and a willingness to learn! Notebook and pens will be provided in the goodie bag.

If there are any tickets left you can, but we doubt there will be as numbers are capped and we anticipate a sellout.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?2019-07-03T03:35:45+10:00

Tickets will be fully refundable up to 14 days before the event. After this date tickets will not be refundable as food needs to be paid for and this is a requirement by the venue. You can, however, transfer the ticket at any time by contacting info@additivefreelifestyle.com

Yes, breaks will be happening throughout the day, however if you’d like to leave the building you will require a pass-out tag.

No, we do not have a luggage holding facility. We suggest you check into your hotel and have them hold this for you. If you choose to fly in the morning and are delayed for any reason, your ticket to the event will not be refunded or changed in any way.

VIP ticket holders only do so after the event.

The Lifestyle Wellness Event will run from 9.30am – 4.45pm
VIP meet and greet will go from 5pm – 5:30pm

Metered parking is on the street however these are not ideal as they don’t last for long.  Centrepoint and Argyle St carpark have all-day parking.

Which hotel should I stay at if travelling from a distance?2019-08-23T09:41:36+10:00

Somerset on the Pier is located directly above the conference room.
