Beef Stroganoff was something I always used to cook from a packet. I’d buy the seasoning and then cook it from that – always. Never, ever did I make it from scratch. So, basically, we haven’t had beef stroganoff for years – because I no longer use packets.

So, when we planned for our April 2016 Meals Made Easy program we decided to create this recipe. Our goal is to get families using fewer packet mixes and eating more real food – and OMG this dish is so EASY!!! Like so easy, I have no idea why I used a seasoning packet in the first place.
